Maranon Capital Closes First Investment

Maranon Capital, L.P. ("Maranon") is pleased to announce the closing of its first investment since beginning operations at the start of 2008. Maranon committed $27 million in financing to support the investment in FishNet Security, Inc. ("FishNet"), a full service provider and reseller of information security software and hardware, by Lake Capital and management.

Maranon was the sole investor in the subordinated debt and participated in the revolving credit facility and senior term loan.
