Maranon Capital Provides Financing for Young America Corp.

Maranon Capital, L.P. announced today that it has provided $14.0 million of debt capital alongside BMO Capital Markets and Madison Capital Funding to facilitate the refinance of Young America Corp., a portfolio company of MidOcean Partners.

Young America, headquartered in Chanhassen, Minnesota, is a leading provider of integrated promotional marketing fulfilment services to Fortune 500 companies. The company focuses on the processing and delivery of mail-in rebates with the capability to manage over 10,000 marketing programs representing over 100 million consumer transactions annually.
