Maranon Capital, L.P. is pleased to announce that Daniel Kirmse and Santo Barretta have joined the firm as Portfolio Analysts and the addition of Fiona O’Connor as an Executive Assistant.

Dan was previously a Commercial Banking Representative with MB Financial Bank where he was responsible for investment underwriting and portfolio management. He earned both a B.S. and a M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a non-practicing CPA.

Santo joins Maranon from Standard & Poor’s where he was a Research Analyst in the U.S. Not-For-Profit Health Care group. Santo earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University and is currently a 2015 Level III CFA Candidate.

Fiona joins Maranon from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In her role at Maranon she will provide administrative support for the firm’s management and investor relations functions. Fiona earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
