Bruce Zivian

Bruce represents venture capital and private equity funds, and corporate strategic investors, in their domestic and international investment activities. He also acts as outside general counsel to start-up and emerging growth companies across a variety of industries, including biotechnology, material sciences and software. Bruce handles a wide variety of commercial and other legal matters for start-up and emerging growth company clients, including joint ventures, distribution and sales arrangements, equity based compensation plans, fundraising and debt finance, and intellectual property licensing.

Bruce received an A.B. from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
